Eligibility criteria:Those Interested to apply for MT Jobs in Coal India Ltd. must posses the below mentioned Eligibility criteria
Age Limit : 21 to 30 years
Educational Qualifications : Students must posses the 60 % Marks or (6.0 /10 CGPA) in their respective Engineering Discipline.Students applying for Finance and Accounts need to be Qualified CA / ICWA.
Note: Relaxation in Age and Educational Qualifications as per Govt rules.Students appearing in their final year exam can also apply, provided their results will be declared before the Interview.
Selection Process: Students who meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria must apply online before the last date.The Selection Procedure for the selection of Management Trainees in Coal India shall consists of a Written Test and Interview.
Written Test: The Written test will be objective in nature and comprised of Two Paper i.e Paper-I and Paper-II.Both these papers are objective type and contains Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ's).Paper-I will contain questions on General Awareness and Aptitude, where as Paper-II is Technical Paper that contains MCQ's of specified Engineering Discipline.The duration of Written Paper is 3 hours.Each Paper contains 100 questions with each question carrying 1 mark.
It is important to note that candidates will have to pass in both the papers individually as well as collectively.The minimum passing marks in each paper is 45 and the Minimum aggregate marks in the both the papers should not be less than 110
Interview: Those who qualify the written test will be called for the Interview. It is important to note that candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies.This simply means that only those score higher marks in the Written test will be called for the Interview.
Application Fee: An application fee of Rs 500 will have to paid by means of a Demand Draft favoring Coal India Ltd, payable at Kolkatta.The DD is required before filling the Online Application form as the DD Details will be needed to fill in the required field in the Online Application form
Application Procedure: As mentioned above before applying Online, candidates will get the Demand Draft ready.Apart from the DD, a valid and working email ID is required.
