Jammu and Kashmir Bank.one of the leading Public sector banks in INDIA has recently announced the recruitment of Banking Associate Officer in the Payscale of Rs. 7200-Rs 24900.Although the number of Posts have not been yet notified but it is expected that the number of vacancies will enough to satisfy the Unemployed Graduates of Jammu and Kashmir.

J&K Bank Syllabus for Relationship Executive Exam

Recently,the Unemployed youth of Jammu and Kashmir have demanded an increase in Upper Age related to post of Banking Associate in the Bank of Jammu and Kashmir.

As the Jammu and Kashmir Bank is conducting the recruitment Drive after a long period of time,there is a huge rush at the prescribed Counters of Jammu and Kashmir Bank for depositing the Application form for Jammu and Kashmir Bank Associate.

Common Pattern for All Bank Exams:  There is every likelihood that the exam pattern for Jammu and Kashmir Banking Associate Exam will be the same as the exam pattern for other Bank Exams in India.

Duration:The Duration For Bank exams in INDIA is 120 Mins(Clerk) to 150 Mins(PO) for Objective type tests.For descriptive test duration may range between 45 -60 minutes.

Papers: There are two Papers for conducting Bank Exams in INDIA.First type of exam is of Objective and other is Descriptive.Jammu and Kashmir Bank Banking Associate exam Will follow the same pattern.


Objective Test:There are some of the common type of Objective tests for bank exams:

1. Test of Reasoning & Numerical Aptitude
2. Test of English Language
3. Test for General Awareness
4. Test of Clerical Aptitude (only for clerical posts) 

There is also Descriptive test that is conducted by some of the Banks to check the candidates ability in Verbal Communication. or Test of English.The Descriptive test is like as essay test,candidates have to write a thesis of about 75-90 words on topics given.The topics must have internal choice.Descriptive test is Qualifying in nature and marks obtained in this test will not be given weightage for the final Selection.


Common Selection Procedure: Candidate has score minimum Cut-Off Marks in each of the subjects separately.Those candidates who score preferably higher in the Written Exam will be called for the Interview or Group Discussion.The ratio of candidates to called for the Interview is (1:3) the total number of vacancies notified.
                          Keeping in view the current Unemployment status in INDIA.the number of candidates is increasing day by day.The Ratio of Candidates per Vacancy seems Likely to be as higher as (1:300).I wish you "All the very Best" for your future Bank Exams in INDIA.
