Oriental Bank Of Commerce(OBC),a leading Public Sector Bank invites Online Application from INDIAN Citizens for 322 POSTS of Probationary Officers.With Headquarters in Delhi ,OBC has network of 1500 Branches Spread across the Whole INDIA.Oriental Bank of Commerce recently announced the recruitment of 322 Probationary Officers(PO).

Date of Written Examination:26-12-2010

Eligibility: Candidates interested to apply for Probationary Officer must ensure:

Must Have a Graduate Degree From a recognized University in INDIA.Minimum 60% marks for Science Graduates,for other streams 55% marks,50% for (SC/ST/PWD).

Must be between 21-30 years of age.

Working Knowledge of Computer is necessary.Candidates Must have a Certificate in Computer Course for knowledge in MS-Office,Internet etc.

Selection Process:The Selection process for the recruitment of Probationary Officer in Oriental Bank of Commerce shall Consists of a Written test and Interview.The Written test shall be Objective and descriptive in nature.the Objective test shall contain four sections:

Test of General Awareness
Test of English
Test of Quantitative Aptitude
Test of Reasoning Ability

The Objective test will be followed be descriptive test.

There will be negative mark for each wrong Answer

Candidates will have to pass in each of the Objective type test separately.Based on the performance in the written test only those candidates who will secure maximum marks will be called for the Interview.The Ratio of candidates to be called for the interview is (1:3) to the total number of vacancies.

Application form:Candidates can apply for Probationary Officer Post for Oriental Bank of Commerce through a Challan form that can be downloaded from the link given below.Candidates must take the Print Out of Challan form and accordingly fill the form and deposit it at any OBC branch anywhere in INDIA before 10-11-2010.The amount of fees to deposited is Rs. 400 (for General/ OBC) candidates, for Others Rs.50(SC/ST).The information on the Payment Receipt should be entered while filling the online Application form for Probationary Officer in Oriental Bank of Commerce.
