Job Title: Scientific Officer/Engineer-SB (Programmer)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 (PB2) Grade Pay 4600
Age Limit: Min:18 years, Max:30 years (As on Lst Date of Reciept of Applications)
Number of vacancies: 62 ( SC : 6 ST : 9 , OBC : 16 , UR : 31 )
Educational Qualifications: Candidates desirous of Job in NIC must possess the following educational Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/MCA with first class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent and specialization in Computer Science/Computer related areas;
OR
M.Sc in Computer Science with first class or at least 60% marks or equivalent;
OR
Master’s degree in Physics/Maths/Statistics/Operation Research with either Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from a Govt. recognized institution/University or at least three years of experience in the areas indicated under Job Description is
Essential. The Master’s degree and Post Graduate Diploma should be with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
