Process of Admission in ANNA University for Session-2011:

• Student must be a State Subject of Tamil Nadu ie Permanent Residents of the State of Tamil Nadu.

• Students belonging to other states are not allowed fro admission in Anna University .In special cases if a student of other state is studying in Tamil Nadu or whose parents are working in Tamil Nadu are allowed fro admission

• Merit List or Cut off List is prepared on the basis of marks scored in prescribed subjects of the Qualifying examination.The Subjects are: {Maths=100 + (Phy+Chm = 100)} ==200 Marks

• The Qualifying Examination is 12th Board HSC

• Only those candidates who stood higher in the merit list will be given admission subject to availability of the seats
